Summer Camp in Plainview, NY

Good Shepherd Lutheran’s SPLASH offers a flexible, faith-based summer camp program in Plainview for children ages 18 months to twelve years old. Summer campers experience a fun and playful environment designed to build self-esteem, confidence, and joy as they participate in a unique blend of age-appropriate weekly theme-based activities including music, art, physical recreation games, creative movement (lots of tummy-time for infants), science, art, trips for older campers, and chapels.

What are the facts?

• Ages two to five years old remain on site for all activities (school-age children go on trips every two weeks)
• Experienced Teachers and Staff
• Large Outdoor Playground & Water Play Activities
• Air Conditioned Rooms, Huge Kitchen for Cooking Activities, and Gymnasium
• Toddlers (ages 18 months to 36 months), Pre-School Ages 2-5 and School Ages 6-12

Summer Program Hours

Full Day: 9:00am-3:00pm for 5 days (Monday-Friday) or 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Half Day: 9:00am-12:00pm for 5 days (Monday – Friday)

Extended Care Hours

7:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm

($20 per hour for all ages, billed at the end of each month)
